These Terms of Service apply to anyone who uses the Passpoint website or purchases or receives a free Business Snapshot, a Premium Business Insight Report, or a consultation from Passpoint Consulting Ltd.
The free diagnostic is an indicative assessment based on the information you provide through the diagnostic form. It is designed to give a high-level snapshot of business performance and possible areas of opportunity. It does not constitute professional financial advice, legal advice, an audit, or a regulated accountancy engagement.
The Premium Business Insight Report is priced at GBP 125 and includes a deeper written analysis based on the information you submit. Unless stated otherwise, delivery is targeted within 3 working days of purchase and receipt of the required diagnostic information.
Consultations are provided as business advisory sessions based on the information available at the time. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation, please contact hello@passpointconsulting.co.uk as early as possible so we can confirm the next available slot.
All reports, written materials, frameworks, and site content remain the intellectual property of Passpoint Consulting Ltd unless stated otherwise. Reports are supplied for the recipient's internal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed publicly without prior written permission.
Passpoint provides indicative analytical outputs intended to support business decision-making. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passpoint Consulting Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the diagnostic, report, or consultation materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising in connection with them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
